We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Engineer to join our manufacturing company in Franklin, TN. This role is pivotal in integrating our systems with SAP, Databricks, edge devices, IoT technologies, and our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure API Management, IoT solutions, and experience in the manufacturing sector. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Azure Integration Development: Design, implement, and manage integrations using Azure tools, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure API Management, and Databricks.
SAP Integration: Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure efficient data flows between systems.
MES System Coordination: Support integrations with the company’s Manufacturing Execution Systems, aligning with business and production requirements.
IoT and Edge Device Integration: Develop and maintain solutions integrating IoT devices and edge technologies into the manufacturing ecosystem.
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.
Cloud Architecture: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions tailored to manufacturing industry needs.
Hybrid Work Schedule: Participate in hybrid work arrangements, spending 2-3 days per week in the Franklin, TN office.
International Travel: Represent the company abroad for integration projects, including planned trips to Belgium and Thailand.
Desired Education and/or Experience
5+ years in Azure integration development, with hands-on experience in ADF and Databricks.
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, working with MES systems, SAP, and IoT/edge device technologies.
Expertise in Azure cloud services, data integration, and ETL pipelines.
Experience integrating edge devices and IoT platforms into enterprise systems.
Proficiency in managing data flows between complex systems in manufacturing environments.
Strong collaboration and mentoring abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience with international integration projects.
Familiarity with global manufacturing standards and workflows.
Experience with hybrid work models and coordinating across distributed teams.
Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is mandatory
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to travel internationally for business purposes.
Travel Requirement: Occasional international travel (e.g., Belgium, Thailand)
