Senior Application Development Consultant

Description

This role leads our clients’ application development projects on our behalf, oversees and mentors’ junior developers on projects, and supports various development duties.

We're looking for candidates with strong leadership and communication skills, who have a proven track record of following through on commitments. The ideal candidate also meets the below criteria.
  • 5+ years’ worth of experience designing and developing software
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams. 
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Advanced technical and documentation skills. 
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. 
  • Strong Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performing coding assignments. 
  • Reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality.
  • Creating and implementing design plans.
  • Analyzing code segments regularly. 
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and technology developments.
